记 Microsoft 365 E5 Developer 邮件相关问题

虽然是前天发生的，但由于拖延症到今天才写下来。
事情的起因是，配置好自定义域名之后（因为 onmicrosoft.com 那一串实在是太长了），我依然无法在自己的管理员账号上登录 Outlook，所以我也以为 E5 Developer 是没有邮箱的。
但是我还是不死心，跑到 Office Portal 里一找——有个 Exchange Online (Plan 2) 吸引了我。跑到微软的产品定价页一看：
- 每位用户可获得 100 GB 的邮箱存储空间，并可发送最大 150 MB 的电子邮件
- 用户可将受支持的 Outlook 版本连接到 Exchange Online，以便使用熟悉且功能强大的客户端应用程序
- 对于 Web 客户端访问，Outlook 网页版提供基于浏览器的出色体验，其观感与完整的 Outlook 客户端相同
这不是有嘛！于是找了一名域里的用户测试，果然它能收到邮件，但是不能发给管理员。
遂只能给自己新建一个帐号，然后接下来还有无数的坑——
当晚我为了测试发送邮件，编写了主题和内容均为 test 的邮件一封并发送到了自己的私人邮箱。看起来没有问题，私人邮箱的回复也接收到了。‘
可第二天，当家里人给我发邮件的时候，我却不能回复——一直提醒以下错误：

然后去 Exchange admin center 里面看 Message trace，发现 Sender 是 MicrosoftExchange329e71ec88ae4615bbc36ab6ce41109e@<My organization>.onmicrosoft.com，给出的报告如下：

It looks like the sender isn't a valid email address in your organization's address book. Check the email address for the Sender: MicrosoftExchange329e71ec88ae4615bbc36ab6ce41109e@<My organization>.onmicrosoft.com, and run the checks again.
但是想想也觉得不应该把这名 Sender 添加进域。只能去看微软的文档，关于 5.7.708 错误是说：
The majority of traffic from this tenant has been detected as suspicious and has resulted in a ban on sending ability for the tenant.
进一步查看如何修复：
5.7.708 Access denied, traffic not accepted from this IP
This error can happen when you are trying out a Microsoft 365 trial tenant. If you receive this error before you can purchase licenses, contact support to request an exception for the low reputation IP address until you're able to purchase licenses.
怎么办，还能怎么办？联系客服啊！虽然当天是国庆节，不过客服还是在的，而且还是小姐姐~~
这件事情给我的教训是，测试邮件不能直接 test 敷衍了事……以及微软反垃圾太强了吧，一封测试邮件就触发风控。
